I am posting this to warn other tenants at this facility. On November 7, 2025, I discovered that my storage unit was systemically contaminated with rodent droppings and urine, resulting in a total loss of my property (see attached photos). I have officially filed a lawsuit in the District Court of Maryland for Baltimore County against Self Storage Plus Management LLC for Gross Negligence (Case # D08CV25051725 pending). Please do not get a unit here, they are infested with rodents you walk in the building it smells like rodents. I had rented this space for 2 months and I loss a lot of things due to the rodents. I spoke with the manger and all he did was ask If I had food in my unit and to file a claim. moving out I was scared to bring my things with me because of all the droppings I seen & the way they ate at my things. The dirtiest storage facility there is. They do not care about customers or the safety of things. The contract is to protect them. Vermin galore and theft issues. DO NOT RENT HERE AT ALL IT IS NOT WORTH THE HASSLE. MOVE YOUR STUFF IMMEDIATELY. Management also left the location. It is unmanaged and unrun. DO NOT RENT HERE!!! I got a unit and went to move my things in.. I didn’t even make it to see where my unit was before I was hit with trash and the smell of mothballs and horror. This can’t be happening. I entered the building through one of three doors that did work, there was no need for me to go further as the smell of dead rodents and dropping filled the walkways and corners of building was breath taking…DID YOU HEAR ME…, hallways loaded with debris, rodent traps and webs.
