We were pretty excited about Self Storage Plus after doing research in the local area. It was very convenient, was newer to the area, and appeared clean when we decided to choose this storage solution mostly for seasonal decorations and furniture for our teenage children who were now young adults so we could help get them started with furniture when they got apartments on their own. Price keeps increasing every other month and this is my second time, I come to drop stuff and find no dolly. I event went to each floor looking for them and nothing. If you are using the dollies making it difficult for customers to manage carrying their belongings, then this is very bad practices. You will be losing lot of customers.

Roman was INCREDIBLY helpful, kind, and patient. He helped us with a last minute moving snafu, was so informative, and I truly don’t have enough good things to say. Not only did he help us get a larger unit on the spot, but personally came upstairs and cleaned it for us and helped with the movers. For someone with no experience with self storage and a ton of moving stress - Roman made the process so, so easy. I feel so comfortable knowing my things are safe and sound here, and that there is such exceptional customer service.

They doubled my rate and gave me less than 30 days notice despite the contract… only by mail. No email sent. The call service they use is less than helpful, rude, and noisy. You can hear all the other calls in the background and they can’t truly answer questions. Why have a call center then? Just have it go to the self storage location. Roman was the only positive thing about the location.
