Terrible customer service. An almost 60% rate increase within the first 6 months. I went to the location to speak with someone about the rate increase and discuss a compromise rate. I was informed the initial rate that I signed the lease for was only valid for 3 months and the rate could be changed with 30 days of written notification. When I first moved in there was garbage everywhere from tenants dumping their stuff. After a few weeks it was cleaned up. Sadly the primary elevator has not had working lights inside of it the entire time I've been here, it gets pitch black in there. I'd love it if there were more security cameras. The main parking lot gets extremely dark at night. Could use some more lighting.

This place started out quite well but they have gradually increased the rent over the past few years while diminishing their quality of service. There’s no longer staff on site and the back door was left wide open for almost a week. Feeling secure yet?

Helpful but please fix the lights in the rear elevator. Also, rate being pushed at the counter was different from web rate. They honored the web rate in the end.

There are so few carts that people are hoarding them in their units and there were none available on the property, even when I was the only one there. The lights are out in the elevator, which does hide the dirt and trash in the elevators. I have been there 2 years starting at $140/mo and they have raised my rates 25% every few months and now am at $294, even though the list price (not the special) is $256 on the website.
