Renter beware. Do not fall behind. They will not work with you, no matter what the circumstances may be. They will not entertain partial payments, they charge exorbitant amount of fees, rent is constantly increasing, and they have no sympathy or interest in helping long-term renters when they fall on hard times. Worse than terrible customer service. It has been impossible to get the access code to our newly assigned storage unit at the Mosby property in Chantilly VA. It was left blank on the introduction letter (see pic 1) sent after signing the contract. There is no staff on site as the office has been abandoned and there is a hand written note saying that you need to go to another satellite location for service. I’ve never left a negative review before, but I feel it’s important to share my experience. The manager at this storage facility was extremely unprofessional. Instead of helping resolve a simple issue, he raised his voice and spoke to me in a rude, sarcastic way. Every interaction I’ve had with him has been dismissive, eye rolling, talking down, and treating me as if I were a child. I don’t know what happened to this place, but it is in disrepair. The elevators are always broken, there are no hand carts ever available, the front door has been unsecured more times than I care for, and yet the rent keeps going up. There’s never any staff on site. Will be leaving this facility after 2+ years.

No Management On-Site, Security gate has been broken and removed over a year. They triple your rate and don't return calls to allow you to cancel your unit. Rent at your own risk and watch mail for post cards increasing your rates every six months. current rate is almost double the highest amount showing as a rate online without any discounts for the same size.
