Excellent service and a state-of-the-art facility! I appreciate the various unit sizes and the flexible month-to-month lease options. Moving in was a breeze thanks to the large elevators and first-floor access. It’s clear the management takes security seriously with 24/7 video recording and on-site staff. Definitely the best storage experience I've had in the area!"

The lock they sell didn’t fit my door. When I asked for a refund of the lock (since now I have to go buy one on my own), they can’t do refunds. It has to be approved through corporate because the individual storage facility’s credit card machines can’t do refunds. Seems like a scam, Self Storage Plus.

Was very happy to find an affordable storage unit. I was paying just under $50 a month and two months later my fee doubled. I was not in on a two month special. I signed for an entire year. I received a text message stating “to keep up with the competition they would be increasing their rates. I moved everything out this weekend and would advise people to be aware that your rates can be changed by them at any time they feel like they need to make more money. Very unprofessional business.

I received a piece of mail telling me that I would have an over 50% increase in my renewal. I reached out to the facility and received written confirmation that the increase was cancelled. Once I logged into my payment portal, I saw that a new increase was now added. I've tried emailing to follow up and they refuse to reply or even acknowledge receipt of the emails. First and foremost, not even a year ago we started paying a little over $180 for our unit. A few months later, we were paying $275 and in Dec we will be paying $345. In the last 6 months they have raised the rent twice. We took a few boxes out to go through them and there were tons of moths in the boxes and they started flying out.
