This is my first time renting a storage unit so I opted to actually drive over there and see the facility rather than utilize the online option. I was enthusiastically greeted by Suzie, the General Manager. We chatted and she ask my needs etc and I selected the appropriate size unit i will need (with outside access). First month was free! I love a freebie!

Oh my God, Susie is unbelievable! She is such an asset to this storage facility And deserves a bonus or a raise! From the moment we first spoke, I knew I was in good hands. Her knowledge and customer service skills are second to none. Self Storage Plus is lucky to have her. This Self Storage Plus location has undoubtedly provided the best customer experience. Susie, the manager, is incredibly knowledgeable, responsive, and helpful.
