I’ve had a very frustrating experience with the Self Storage Plus Gaithersburg location. I rent a 10x10 unit and pay close to $300 a month, yet the facility has been extremely poorly managed. One of the two elevators has been broken for over two weeks, and the only working elevator is difficult to reach because the entrance door to it is also broken. The gentleman who assisted me was exceptional. His communication, effectiveness, and knowledge of the company were impeccable. He was incredibly respectful and friendly throughout my visit. I was able to complete my transaction swiftly and conveniently, and I was even able to store my belongings the same day. The prices were reasonable and affordable

The woman who assisted me was friendly, competent, and knowledgeable of the company’s policies and procedures. She was very respectful and friendly through the process I was able to store my belongings the same day and the prices were reasonable and affordable.
Facility is nice and climate controlled. The staff is super nice. They do have a lack of carts for the facility and they do need to sweep a bit more. Other than that great store.
