I am writing to formally report a very serious issue involving my storage unit, which I have maintained for over a year. Despite occasional lateness, my account has always been paid, and I have never been informed that my unit was at risk of auction. Great support. Last minute needed a unit. And then when there realized I needed a bigger unit. The accommodated immediately. Very flexible.

I've been here for over 3 years and had full intentions to stay for at least 2 more years. Because of rate increases, in 2023 I was paying almost $350/month which is over $100 over market rate. When I talked to the former district manager, she helped me get into a locked-in rate of $275/month - still about $50 over market rate, but I was okay with that because of the convenience of the location. I wanted to thank Chelsea for her kindness and ability to answer my questions! I’ve never done the storage thing before but she made my experience less stressful for me and my family. She’s going to go far with her welcoming demeanor and friendly personality.
