(GM) Kelly , I believe that first impressions are very important, but she has never changed from that easy-going cheerful disposition-just very kind and patient by nature. She really cares about finding the storage that is just right for what I needed. My whole family just loves her. She makes the whole experience so uplifting that we feel great when we leave, no worries everything taken care of. We have made the right choice in choosing this company.
I had a great experience at Self Storage Plus at the Virginia Av location in Martinsburg WV. Kenya was amazing. She helped me all the way thru the process while tge system was down. She made sure I was good to go and even helped me decide if the unit I was renting was big enough for my stuff. Thank you Kenya, you’re awesome. 🙏
The woman at the front desk was great. She went over all the paperwork and escorted us to our unit within 20 minutes of us walking through the door. The property and the indoor, climate-controlled unit was cleaner than any storage unit I've ever seen. Smoothest experience I've ever had with a storage company.
Signed up with a first month free offer. After 4th payment they raised the rent 30% The Lease Clearly says we can RAISE the rent anytime. Lol “ Operator may change the rent or any other charge or fee by giving Occupant thirty (30) days advance written notice at the address stated in this Agreement. I had never rented a storage bin. I apologize I am so bad wirh names but I'm sure it can be looked up. She helped me, I had to upgrade to a bigger unit and she made it easy thank you for all of your help
