The customer service is wonderful. The ladies in the office they are amazing. Very kind and understanding. The only thing that I cannot stand is every 6 months the rent goes up. I had my unit for less than 2 years. And it went from $120 to $220! I'm sorry it's absolutely ridiculous that the price keeps up!! Soon as I can get space at my new house. I'm out
(GM) Kelly , I believe that first impressions are very important, but she has never changed from that easy-going cheerful disposition-just very kind and patient by nature. She really cares about finding the storage that is just right for what I needed. My whole family just loves her. She makes the whole experience so uplifting that we feel great when we leave, no worries everything taken care of. We have made the right choice in choosing this company.
Very friendly and helpful staff - the unit is a little dusty, but that's to be expected with storage units. Otherwise, it's spacious, has no visible signs of bugs, and has carts to make moving your stuff from/to the car easier.
After speaking with Kelly about concerns I had mentioned in a previous review, I can honestly say everything was taken seriously and handled thoroughly. She addressed each issue with care and made sure I felt heard throughout the process. She is genuinely one of the most attentive managers I’ve dealt with at any local business. It’s clear she truly cares about renters and is willing to go above and beyond to make things right. Thank you so much for the professionalism and follow-through!
I had a great experience at Self Storage Plus at the Virginia Av location in Martinsburg WV. Kenya was amazing. She helped me all the way thru the process while tge system was down. She made sure I was good to go and even helped me decide if the unit I was renting was big enough for my stuff. Thank you Kenya, you’re awesome. 🙏
