I would not move in here unless you want your items damaged and destroyed, worst company that will lock your stuff out in 4 days from due date when your trying to move your stuff out before paying again due to damage and won't even prorate your move out, just take your whole month like they are owed it. Just worst company, customer service and employees that will just tell you that they can't be sure my stuff wasn't like that when it came from a secure uhaul inside climate control units into yours and now I have damaged item... read more

Tiffany is outstanding with her customer service and performance. Our trailer was too large to safely put in a spot. She went out on site the next day and did a personal inspection on what our possibilities were and had them written down and ready the next day (Since we came in so late) Highly recommended.

From day 1, we dealt with the manager David. He was amazing. We had a house fire and dealt with a company that broke or ruined many of our items so we needed to obtain our own storage. David was understanding and worked to get us the units we needed. His customer service skills were excellent and he was very helpful during a difficult time.
