Definitely a frustrated! I have had my unit there since the end of July, I looked online and they had a promotion so the payment was less expensive just for the first month, and I actually ended up renting 2 units the same size. Every other month after that was $97 (for 1 unit, so every month i knew to expect to pay about $200)which is fine! It's what was advertised so I didn't have a problem. Please do not store your stuff here! I paid $280 a month for climate control unit, when I stopped by to check on my stuff the a/c unit broke everything smelled and was covered in mold! The back of unit had a water leak destroyed 5 boxes of pictures and articles about our family history. Furniture, pictures, glasses, clothes all ruined. The a/c was not working for 6 or so months. Still have not heard back after filing a claim on 7/29
When you talk to customer service 1-800 number they give you a cheaper price. Go in the office they will not honor that price, their quote is much higher. You pay for the unit, $28 application fee, $14 for insurance, $15.99 for a key and if you are late 30% of the bill. The units are clean

I rented a storage unit in December for around $90 a month. Yesterday I received a notice in the mail that my bill has increased to over $140. I am also being charged for renter's insurance when I have submitted documentation that I carry my own. I have yet to hear back from staff. The price increase is absurd. I'll most likely be moving my things to another unit very soon. One that doesn't randomly increase my fees by $50 within 4 months of renting the unit. Do better Self Storage Plus in Ranson.
