You’re my little vintage camper that I drove 2000 miles from New Mexico to the northern Virginia/West Virginia area In November 2024. As it happened, I did not end up storing with these Good folks, but they were so so helpful and kind! Absolutely would rent from them in the future! 👍🏻👍🏽👍🏽

Everything was fine until I quickly received a rent increase. I understand that rent increases can happen and will. However I think it shouldn't happen before a customer has even been there for a year. As a former employee. I saw rent increases a ton, and it's ultimately why Valley cannot keep any customers long term. If you take care of your people, they won't leave. Liz was amazing! Very helpful and accommodating to my needs. Met Kiersten, a new hire. If she's learning the ropes from Liz, rest assured you will have another A+ customer agent! This location came highly recommended, I know why. Clean, friendly, informative. Thank you for an easy decision and your help, Liz! I have used this storage on several occasions. Each time they have always worked and treated you kindly and professionally. You have a issue they work hard to fix the situation best they can. I highly recommend this facility for you items to be stored. Clean and up-to-date. I've been a Happy customer every time. 😊

We had excellent coverage. We communicated easily . Very friendly. A great service. We lost our sheds due to loss of income. They kept in touch and so did we. It was life and misfortune. They were so kind to us. They are wonderful.
