Crista, the Assistant Manager at Self Storage Plus, was incredibly helpful. She walked me through the best sizing strategy for my needs now and as they change in the future. She was also so patient while I asked to see every available option more than once 😅 Truly great customer service.
This place's security is appallingly bad. Their gates are almost always open (this picture was taken at 4pm on a Sunday) so what's the point of having a security code?!? What makes it worse is that unlike other places that have another code to enter the building, once you are through the gate the building doors are unlocked. Also they are more expensive than other nearby places. I am moving out of here as quickly as possible.
Horrible! Raised rent from $86/month for the unit to $331/month in the span of a year and a half. Typical scam, lock you in at a cheap rate and then jack it up 500% once you're stuck. The staff are polite, but the facility has went down substantially (ELEVATORS OUT OF ORDER FOR MONTHS AT A TIME MAKING IT IMPOSSIBLE TO MOVE STUFF IN AND OUT). No carts, and automatic doors that do not function. The facility is also filthy. They want you to pay more for a worse experience.
I have been a customer at this location since before the current manager took over. Unfortunately, she is the worst manager I have experienced—she is rude and biased. I have been buying from someone who is also a long-time client here, and I usually store my items at this location until I have enough for a full unit. Since she took over, she has treated some of us very poorly. Giselle, mgr. was just great to work with. She is a very patient, pleasant, kind, and informative young lady. She explained all the questions we had before we asked them.
