I moved into my storage unit in June 2025, paying $160 per month. After just six months, I received a notice that my rent would increase to $248 per month — a more than 50% increase. Janae and Mr. Tony are new management so glad to see new faces!! Janae is very professional and customer service oriented! Mr. Tony is very professional and a hard worker!! They always available to help!! Finally the office has somebody available!!! The are a good asset for the Company!!!

At 9:05pm the gate was closed when it’s supposed to be open till 10pm. Another vehicle was waiting outside confused as well. Due to freezing temperatures we went to remove our chemicals so they don’t get ruined but we weren’t able to do that. No emergency phone number. We aquired a $600 loss due to that. I see now a negative review from 2 weeks ago where someone was in the same situation and it says that they haven’t adjusted the time of the barrier with the daylight saving time. Don’t do automated payments! Make sure they give you a document stating that you are moving out. They are going to charge one more month of rent from you after you move out. I called 2 weeks in advance to let them know that I was going to move out. I gave them a date and the lady that I spoke assured me that I was not going to be charge anymore. The staff, Jenae and Tony are very helpful. Unfortunately the unit sizes are not as advertised. The 5 x 10 is actually 4.5 x 9.4, something I learned after moving in when I tried to bring a large shipping crate that will not fit in the unit. The company apparently is aware of this but continues to market the units as 5 x 10.
