Staff were so helpful and knowledgeable about the facility. I can honestly say I’ve had the best storage customer service here at this location compared to other facilities. They are also clean and neat.
Excellent units, always clean and temperature/humidity controlled. Great staff, always polite and helpful. One complaint - expensive. Suggestion - Get more flatbed carts! Not enough even on semi-busy days.
I'm very frustrated with this company....they have doubled the cost of storage within one year of me being with them claiming due to cost rising even though the storage industry is not affected by tariffs or anything remotely expensive. Don't bother with them by 6 mos you will pay greatly. I should not go from 129 to 183 in 6 mos prior to that I went from 78 to 129 all within a year 😡 for a 10*10. They decided to do this on n December 20rh right before Christmas
Very nice and secure storage facility with some large drive-up units under an overhang (great for loading and unloading in bad weather.) Many climate controlled units on three floors inside. Elevators. Facility is tidy with no bad smells or evidence of rodents. Code access to external gates and building doors. The manager, Devin, has always been polite and helpful. We’ve been using this storage for over a month now and there are some things worth noting: The good: ✅The place is neat and clean. ✅ The climate control works great. ✅ The staff at reception is nice and polite. The bad: ❌ THE PARKING is an issue. As you can see in the photo there’s no control over the parking and loading zones. People do whatever they want, including: - Trucks blocking the exit, - merchandise blocking the elevator and the entrance. - cars parked on the “no parking zone” right at the entrance.
