Update: Well, the new owners of this space, Extra Space, seem to be bringing this place back to life! I had a terrific experience with Kevin today--he was able to help me with everything I needed swiftly, patiently, intelligently. I am relieved. I stumbled upon the storage unit by accident, but let me tell you my experience there was wonderful. I met a young gentleman outside who helped me right off the back when I explained to him my situation, he was polite through this whole ordeal. Not to mention I love how this place is clean, it smells good. customer service and the manager are wonderful. I thank you very much from my experience there. I would recommend this storage facility to all people.
On top of continuously raising prices over the last few years, we came recently and the automatic entry said our access code no longer worked. They do not answer the phones or emails during business hours to address questions as to why, even though our payments are up to date. If you need to be able to access your storage unit when you need it, go somewhere else. We will be taking our business elsewhere.
Recently took over the storage facility where I have a unit. A man called to help me re-set up autopay and was very easy to work with and friendly.
