Two level storage place offers a good selection of sizes. Place is clean. Uses pull down doors which work smoothly and are in great condition. If this is important to you the lower level stays relatively cool in the summerthanks to being partly below ground.

The storage facility is very clean. They provide moving carts to help you get your things from your vehicle to your storage space. The exterior is well lit and gated. It seems very secure. My only complaint would be that the lighting on the interior is mainly focused in the hallways. So that inside your actual storage unit, it is dark and you need to provide some source of lighting yourself.

When I decided to move to Hagerstown, the first place I went was the Self Storage Leitersburg. Becca the manager was so welcomed and helpful that we just started to felt in Love with Hagerstown. From that day to our last at that storage she and her team have been providing a high customer service online as on site to me and family. I’ve rented from this storage facility three times, and every time my unit had a major obstruction that reduced the usable space, yet I was still charged full price. My most recent unit had a 4-foot-tall, 5-foot-wide, 3-foot-deep concrete wall inside a 5x10 space, making it closer to a 5x7 unit. I tried to resolve the issue but couldn’t reach anyone. Helped a friend move and this was where he had his stuff. The big carts made it real easy. Only complaint would be that the hallways are pretty narrow.
