Richard was amazing. He came out and got straight to work and hit all the areas that were a concern for me and my family. Great customer service and very professional and knowledgeable. 5 star technician for sure!!!!
Poor service and lackluster quality of service. Left spider webs all over the windows on the very first initial visit. Poor communication from customer service to employees I am guessing. Canceled my subscription to their services the first month of having them!
I hate to leave a bad review for anyone. But this place has given me the run around for 6 months. After repeatedly saying no thank you at the door while my dinner was burning and my kids were yelling, the salesman then finds my husband in the driveway. Ultimately he talked my husband into a service we never wanted by saying “just give us 3 months”. To our surprise by 3 months he actually meant 2 years. What a convenient detail to leave out. He was great on my new townhouse. He thought of possible issues I sure hadn't! No bug expert here. But along with the expertise, he's very kind and willing to explain exactly what he's doing. Possibly the best bug dude I've ever had and I've had a bunch!
The scheduled service was supposed to include both interior and exterior treatment.
