Poor service and lackluster quality of service. Left spider webs all over the windows on the very first initial visit. Poor communication from customer service to employees I am guessing. Canceled my subscription to their services the first month of having them!
Once again... brooks come through .. . And does an outstanding job... every single technician they've ever sent has been professional knowledgeable and does a quality service... for a very great price and plan... I recommend them above any other place in my area!!!
The scheduled service was supposed to include both interior and exterior treatment. Great service! Zach was prompt and timely. Very knowledgeable about pest and how to treat our home, inside and out! There were even some pests he treated i didnt know was available! I hope zac come back again but overall this company was affordable and great. I look forward in working with them again
