I had an excellent experience with Akbar, the property manager at Triangle Self Storage from start to finish. My wife visited before I did, and she was very impressed with his professionalism and helpful attitude. When came in later, he remembered my wife”s name and knew mine shortly after. The man in the office was really nice but the prices for what you get are ridiculous. But the property is fair . Safe ,

I was at the Triangle site this week and noticed the gate was not working. Interesting that this location is once again raising rates for their storage but cannot seem to fix their gate that might keep people and vehicles from coming on the property. This gate has been broken for weeks according to the manager. The response from the Manager at the location said they were working on fixing the gate with no date given for when it would be repaired.

Great customer service. Talked to Akbar earlier that morning, came in that afternoon he knew who I was right away. He was very thorough and detailed with his sale. He was very straight with me and my husband, which made it easy to purchase a storage space. 2nd time I used them and always a great experience. Thank you Akbar for you assistance and kindness with getting my family situated. Friendly, nice and clean environment. Michele
