Amending review again to warn others the maximum coverage for rodent damage is only $400. Their max policy that we paid into faithfully for over two years would only cover more if you get burglarized or there’s a flood or tornado. I do think that if you are considering doing business here, please know that your stuff may get contaminated and there will be not much you can do about it. Amending my first review. The place is ok I guess i never had to get one before so I really don't know what to say
Rodent feces everywhere unhelpful horrible staff they told us just file a claim completely disgusting place do not go there and file a claim is all the have to say could careless about there customers all of our Xmas decorations and extra baby stuff is ruined not to mention a nice mattress update we spoke with the manager today and she was great and helped us out it terrible that our stuff is trashed but she was very helpful and respectful
Very fast service, quick and efficient, got in and out in no time. Thank you to ROSE she was AWESOME!
