We have owned a storage unit in this facility for a few years now. Kathleen the manager has always been extremely helpful, and provided excellent customer service. She's always super friendly when we run into her when we have to go to our unit for anything. You can tell she takes pride in her job, because the property is always very clean and well kept up.

Melissa is awesome!!! Always willing to give the information you need!!! Having our stuff stored here has made us feel like our stuff is safe and secure.....especially with Melissa there!!!!!

Our storage unit was completely infested with roaches and the surrounding ones. I told the manager and she basically told me that sucks for me and my things. She said all the other units are also infested. Never going here again.

Long time happy customer with U-Store but for the past couple of years since the newcompany took over it has really gone down hill. I will not let my wife go there anymore the place isn't like it used to be and I will be moving out soon. The rates used to be good and if you only need it for a short time take advantage of the free month and get out! otherwise your rate will double in a short time and they wont work with you. My experience was great as always. Kathleen is very friendly and has awesome customer service. She explains the process in detail and makes sure everything is understood.
