Highly recommended. I didn't read any reviews before hand, but now that I do, I can verify every 5 star review is accurate. Great customer service. Alexis was personable, friendly, and professional. She was very helpful with showing me the different size storage units for my needs. You won't be disappointed in using this location!

Outstanding customer service! Ashley was very helpful with showing the units and picking the one I needed. It is a Very clean facility with a lot of different sizes for your needs and the location is easily accessible. The prices are amazing and can't beat the special they had. Made moving and storage less stressful. I would highly recommend this location!!

It has been such a positive experience renting a storage unit at A-1 Self Storage's Poway location. The building is well organized and the unit is exceptionally clean. The best part though by far is the staff. Alexis, Miguel, and Ashley were super friendly, helpful, and thorough in answering all my questions and getting me set up. Highly recommend this place if you need additional space!

I needed more boxes to move. And, since I lived off of Mission Gorge Road, I went back to the Mission Valley location to see my friend Kristina. Although she wasn't there, Shawn was! And, she was equally amazing! And, she's been with the company over 25 years! That's how much she believes in the company. Honestly folks, A-1 Storage is my new Bestie!
