Monthly rent prices are gradually rising, and the internal service is terrible. The lack of staff during business hours, calls are not returned, and finding a cart is always difficult because there aren't many. The bathroom is always dirty and poorly maintained. In my recent experience, more than a week ago I spoke by phone with a customer service representative and they told me that when I emptied and handed in the storage unit, I had to do it before my last payday, and so I did on October 1st or 2nd. !!!!BEWARE!!!!! Doubled the rental rate literally 3 months after the "intro" rate. I specifically asked the salesperson about how much the rent would go up after 90 days before getting a unit and she said 5-10% was typical. Total bait and switch. I typically never write reviews but this is the worst business practice and I'll now look for an alternative storage option.
Came looking for a storage Unit, and Nick who was helping my brother and I get into a storage unit was kind enough to help us out along with any info we needed from him. Would definitely recommend this place, great customer service!
