Michelle was wonderful in helping us get set up with our storage unit. After spending the entire day visiting other facilities, nothing compared to the ease and pricing at A1. Many places had high base rates, misleading "free month" promotions, price increases, and extra insurance or admin fees. We also checked Trojan and Extra Space--Trojan, in particular, advertised two free months online but only honored it if you moved in exactly on the 1st of the month, which is unrealistic. Clean and safe storage, despite the location and amount of transits in the area. Staff is friendly and helpful when I toured the units.

This location has amazing customer service! Erick was very helpful in showing me different storage sizes and prices. I compared A-1 with other storage locations and by far this one exceeded my expectations. Usually storage units are temporary and I'm grateful to have found a place where staff is friendly and helpful even if just for the time I'm here.

Warning ‼ Moved in 4 months ago, and just received a letter saying they're increasing my storage rent $100 due to periodic market adjustments. Now I have to rent a U-Haul again to move out. $330 + $14 insurance $344 for a 5x5 is insane. No wonder I see people move in and out of this facility frequently. They get you in there then increase your price. But, people that work there are very nice. It's not their fault. It's the company's fault.
