Paul at A1 Storage has amazing customer service!! Paul was super helpful as he had the answer to every one of my questions. The facility is very nice, well organized and clean.....Which helped me be confident about my choice. This is a great place to go.
This is my 2nd time using this facility and I must admit the Staff is Courteous, Pleasant & Professional at all times, they make me feel comfortable whenever I've come to the office or called them. The property is always clean. I checked prices with another company before renting a space and I didn't feel welcome, comfortable or at ease that my belongings would be safe, not to mention their prices were higher and they only wanted to sell me prepaid monthly rentals. A-1 Self Storage has been like my second home since around 7 years ago. I had the opportunity to know many of their employees Sam,Richard,Susan,Fernando among others. They have a great customer service and when I need them they're always there to help me. This facility is really safe and clean I really recommend it to my friends and family
The workers here are just the friendliest bunch ever! Not only is the customer service great but their availability and prices are great as well. Best self storage out there!
