Great facility, great staff, great experience. They listened to what our situation was, didn't try to upsell us on more space or features than we needed. After seeing a unit, we were able to quickly and easily secure it online and set up automatic billing. Facility is updated and well kept, and I feel very secure keeping our most important belongings here.

Carolina greeted me at the front when I first walked in 10 min before they were about to close . I called office of A1 Self Storage In North Hollywood on Vanowen. I was in need of a storage and the Diane and Carolina were very professional in helping me in getting a unit. I was able to make a appointment the same exact day and get my unit the same day. Diane was very informative in all the policies and how things work. I really appreciate coming in and welcome. My experience was very easy and and I recommend this place.

We also needed kindness, and we got that a thousand times over from the A-1 manager, Yabone Garcia. He worked with us on the dates we needed and the size we needed, and he always made us feel welcome, as if we were at a small, family-run business.
