This review is long overdue! Yabone and Kevin make a great team! Their customer service is incredible and they always make me feel welcomed. The prices are reasonable and the facility is always clean and safe. I am very happy I chose this location and will continue to use them even if I move to a different part of town. Thanks guys!

I've been with A-1 for about 3 years. The facility is super clean and so are the bathrooms and accessible by your gate code. Yabone , the manager and Kevin are considerate, helpful, cheerful and friendly. The space was really tall so you can fit a lot if you stack the boxes high. I had a 4' x 8' and about 10' high. They have free coffee and tea, and refrigerated cold water in the front office. There is oldies music playing constantly and that keeps you company. The hall lights go on automatically with movement. This location is incredible! Very clean, safe, and the access hours are better than most. The staff is fantastic and ALWAYS there to help.

A little pricey, and they'll keep upping the rate, but the customer service at the front desk is top-notch. Clean, maintained spaces.

I had such a great and easy experience with A-1 in North Hollywood. They were so helpful with me when I needed to secure a unit, but was living in NY. They put me at ease and helped me do everything with little effort. I highly recommend them.

Kevin was super helpful and friendly and made my moving experience so easy and pleasant. Due to expansion, unit prices were extremely affordable! Units are clean and secure! So glad I chose this location! Highly recommend!

I came here to look at units and pricing especially for having to look for a storage unit for the first time ever. The service was OUTSTANDING and the prices are great so I decided to stay here! The employees working here are knowledgeable and very helpful. Kevin assisted me with all my questions while still attending to the other tenants and there needs. First off Kevin Yabone is as good a multi Tasker as I have ever met and super professional attitude and service this at 4:58pm on Sunday evening while 2 customers were waiting ahead of me. Great facility great gate hours and they are not crooks at all with their cylinder lock prices 9.99 is half of all the other storage companies like public storage and extra space etc. Highly recommend a-1
