*Updated Review* Before I reviewed about my friend getting a unit here and how easy and nice the process was. Happy to review again now that I, myself, now have a unit here. Still better than the other A-1 facility down the road. Friendly staff, quick and easy check-in, nice clean unit and facility period. 50% off promo is AWESOME! And I love how even when I was late on a payment they didn't blow my phone up and hound me like other places will!

Thanks for the incredible review, Raymond! We appreciate you.
I still store my stuff here. Today, I got my lock (that weird shaped one) stuck in the slot bc I forgot to slide the latch first *facepalm* MAXI helped me get it out. She was very patient and even showed me tips so I can work that lock better moving forward....bc to be honest I'm always winging it and hoping I get it in there correctly. I left feeling much more confident. Btw, They have ICE cold water in the front office!
Business response:
