I been using this place for many years now. Although there are storage facilities closer to my area, I rather drive a little more to rent and use this place. The staff is always professional and courteous and I never had any issues during the four plus years I been with them. When I am there, I usually see Brittany if I ever have any questions. When originally renting my unit I had informed the staff that I would only be needing it up until the week of 7th and I was told that as long as I called I would be able to cancel and get my month of September prorated. I emptied out my unit and called and was told I have to leave the door unlocked so they can end my contract and give me the prorated rent. Disrespect After an Hour Wait Around 4 pm, I signed my contract to rent a unit at A1 Storage located in Fullerton. I am extremely disappointed with the customer service received during my visit on Sunday November 2nd, 2025. That left me feeling disrespected and honestly belittled. This is a Great space for moving your house and storing ypur furniture. And staff is super nice, welcoming and friendly!
I have had many storage units in my day. Most were highly overpriced and didn't offer much in return. A1 Fullerton is not only very affordable, and the facility is clean, but the service is outstanding! Jesus and his crew go above and beyond. I remotely hired cross country movers, and Jesus helped me with every step of the process, pulling out all the stops that arose, to make sure the move went smoothly for me while I was across the country.
