Our experience was great. AJ was nice, helpful and very customer oriented, which I like since I was in the customer service world for over 30 years. It's nice to see a nice and helpful young man.

Today I came in to look for a storage unit and had the pleasure of working with Chris--he was great! Extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and patient. I initially asked to see one unit, then decided I wanted to check out a size up, and without hesitation, he took me right over. Chris clearly explained the pricing, possible future rate changes, and answered all of my questions thoroughly. The whole process was smooth, informative, and stress-free. Great experience and super easy. Highly recommend!
