I personally had a great experience with A-1 Self Storage. I know storage companies are tough sometimes but this one only requires 1 weeks notice vs 30 Days which is a huge plus The facility is clean, secure, and easy to access even with a large truck or trailer The location is also very convenient for anyone moving in or around Concord, Clayton, Pittsburg, or Walnut Creek. The manager, Lataevia, was professional, courteous, and extremely helpful. She offered great advice and made sure I fully understood all the rules, de... read more

Great facility, Mark was very professional & helpful during my visit to check out availability for my needs. He was out of office when I finalized everything, but Sabrina handled everything, walked me through key process, paperwork, all requirements, etc. This is second time I've used this facility over 8 years & its an excellent choice, clean & staff always helpful! If you don't want to lose a space, they will reserve/hold for you, just ask!

Very clean and well maintained. You don't need to worry about rodents or insects. Had our belongs stored at this facility just shy of a year. Our boxes and wool rugs left the property in the same condition as they went in. The manager provided excellent customer service, always pleasant and helpful.

I love A1 Self Storage! This is the cleanest storage facility I've used. The staff is friendly and helpful. They have many payment options which includes a kiosk if you need to pay after hours. I highly recommend A1 Self Storage.

I say thoroughly because boxes were opened and the non-valuables were put back and boxes restocked. Things were not... read more
