A-1 Storage is a hidden gem in the heart of Torrance. The grounds are always kept very clean and the customer service is impeccable. I've rented from other storage companies before, but nothing compares to the customer service & rates than A-1 Storage. Paul is very professional, friendly & helpful with his customers and explains things in detail with ease. I highly recommend A-1 Storage - ask for Paul.

Clean facility and comparable pricing to other storage companies in our area. Paul was very knowledgeable and helpful in getting us set up with a unit. Would recommend to anyone looking for a storage unit in the area.

Very friendly staff, helpful and accommodating! Pros: Gerrod (I think is the spelling) works the desk, and is great. It was a convenient location for me, pretty easy to get to; elevator and carts for you to use to get things up and down. Also very clean. Cons: Limited hours, a little pricey (probably not for this area, but I'm not from here); that's about all I can think of for cons. I would definitely use this place again if I need storage

Gerrod was amazingly helpful! He took his time to help me to make a good choice on the storage space that I would need. He was very patient with all of my questions! I feel very confident renting a storage space from A-1 because of Gerrod. Highly recommended!

I had my stuff stored at A1 in Torrance for over 2 years. I'm moving out of the area and had to remove my things from storage recently. However, my experience was a positive one. The manager Letty is extremely helpful and super nice. The rates are comparable to other storage facilities, but the building is much nicer and security is top notch! If I ever move back to the area, I'll definitely store my stuff there again. I highly recommend this facility!
Ashley in the Torrance location was absolutely fantastic!!! I was perplexed with how to get two 4-drawer metal cabinets out of my storage and into the room for donations. Thanks to Ashley, she appeared with a dolley and with a no "problem attitude", wheeled the file cabinet down to the 2nd floor and returned for the second one. Ashley has that wonderful "Nordsrom customer servive" and what could have been a "stressful day" at storage was one of appreciation and calmness!Thanks! Nanci
