Barely got this storage unit three days ago and the elevator broke down twice I would not recommend this place if you have a upper unit the floor unit is fine because it doesn't require a elevator came to move in things to my storage upper unit on Saturday and the elevator broke down so I had to carry my heavy stuff in the emergency stairs to thee second floor heads up the emergency stairs does not have a.c in the beginning when I purchased my storage unit The staff Was very friendly, helpful and professional. I can't say enough about Stephanie. She was extremely helpful when it came for me to choosing the best size storage room that would best fit my needs. She never rushed me when I felt I couldn't decide on the right size for me. Stephanie had a great cheerful attitude. She made me feel welcomed.
