I can't say enough about Stephanie. She was extremely helpful when it came for me to choosing the best size storage room that would best fit my needs. She never rushed me when I felt I couldn't decide on the right size for me. Stephanie had a great cheerful attitude. She made me feel welcomed. I would recommend this location to anyone looking for storage.

They increase the storage fees over couple of months. Last few times I went the elevators didn't work which made it a hassle. They're closed on holidays which is an inconvenience for those who would like to take advantage of the day off and have access to their unit in case they want to move on that day, like I did.

The facility is amazing !!! It has ample space and plenty of units to choose from. Three stories tall and fully equipped with proper security features to go along with that!!! This storage facility is the best one I have seen yet...and I would definitely recommend this to my friends and family. Ohhh and p.s.....they have 24 hour kiosks that's offer a way to pay for the units ' rent a unit and even pre-pay the unit for several months in advanced!!! NOW THAT'S WHAT I CALL EXEMPLARY CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

I came in to get prices for boxes today and Stephanie at the front counter was great. I'm in the middle of a remodel and am in organize mode. I appreciate the fact she didn't pressure me and made sure I left with a price list and a quote for a storage unit is didn't realize I needed. I feel like I've found a hidden gem!!
