AMAZING customer service. Very friendly and welcoming. I was able to get all my questions answered. I wasn't pressured into getting something I don't need like other places. They understand your needs, which is always very helpful. It's my second time getting a storage at A-1 Storage and I honestly wouldn't go with anyone else.

I had a unit here for a year and a half. The office staff was always incredibly nice and helpful and prompt in their service. It's possible to pay online, so that was convenient when I couldn't make it by in person. The whole complex is clean, well lit, and easy to maneuver through. I had the best experience at A-1 self storage. Todd is a great help here. He gave me a great tour of the premises and help me choose the rite space for me and my family's items and also got me great prices on my unit. Couldn't be happier with my experience would definitely recommend this place for family and friends.

Amazing prices in comparison to its competition. They do require a one time registration fee and your own lock. The place stays up until 10 which is great because a lot of other places close at 7.
