Okay, so I needed a storage facility. I originally thought of A-1 because it is close to where I will be staying in Chula Vista. Then, upon researching, decided I really wanted ground floor access and A-1 was a little to expensive. I had decided, in my head, to go to Eastlake Storage. Of all the storage places to choose from in the area, I found this A-1 Self Storage location to have the best customer service, great amenities, convenient hours and was also the most cleanest & well-maintained. They even offer a wide selection of boxes & moving supplies. Gina was a pleasure to work with. She made the entire rental process so quick & easy. I would say that having the need for storing items isn't high on anyone's list which usually means it is a process and you get through it as quickly as you can. That being said working with A1 Storage and Gina is far more than you would expect. My story is as follows.. I was moving my household items from the midwest and could not tell exactly how much space I needed. I had somethings that I needed to store until I got a bigger place and stumbled upon this place by chance. I walked in was greeted by Gina who offered to show me a couple of units. To be honest the thought of walking into a storage facility has always scared ever since Silence of the Lambs. I was shocked at how clean the facility was and how well lit the halls were. This was the first time I have the need for storage space. I went here based of recommendation. "Gina", the young lady in charge was very professional and gave great service. She showed me a couple of options on storage sizes & prices....she also asked if I needed boxes or any other "moving" accessories (which they had all available at their store)... and actually, I earned myself 3-FREE boxed by checking-in here with my Yelp Droid APP!!
