Good customer service. Clean place and secure. Graciela at the office was very nice and great to work with. The 24hr kiosk also great and easy to reach someone there. We got there when the office was empty but reached someone via kiosk. We were able to take a look at the storage unit first before deciding to rent. We got a first month 50% off discount and also military monthly discount. I won't be worrying about my belongings here! Highly recommend! Hassle free.

Just left there and was helped by Graciela who had great customer service! This is my second time with A1 and I love how clean and respectful they are. I especially love the access of the kiosk and security they have in place. I checked in through yelp and as promised I got three free boxes with no fuss! This location does not participate in the free 1st month offer on yelp though. If you live in this area, I suggest A1!

This place is great! Clean and pleasant, pest free, easy access from 805. Security is great. Staff is extremely helpful and knowledgable. I would recommend to anyone who needs a storage in the South Bay.
I have dealt with Linda at the Chula Vista branch several times. From our first encounter I have been impressed with her friendly and professional manner. She is very encouraging and very understanding. Excellent customer service is hard to find these days, but not with Linda. Thank you Linda for being so professional and pleasant!

I recently rented a storage unit at this location to store my belonging as I transitioned into moving into buying a new place. The staff is very friendly; I was greeted by a Linda whom was very informative and gave me that feeling that my stored things would be safe. This was the first time I have used a storage unit and was very surprised on how clean this facility was throughout the building, even my storage unit was very clean initially when I first moved in. Thank you to other yelpers for writing the reviews! I was about to go to another storage place and they had terrible reviews. Then I saw A1 Self Storage's reviews!
