Idalia was super helpful and friendly. The storage area seems clean and looking at all the cameras makes it feel secure. Good discounts on the first month. It's also in a convenient location close to the freeway.

I'm moving my items from Prime Storage to A1 Self Storage due to the rent increase I was given. I was with them for a long time and always paid on time. It seemed rent increase often happen at Prime Storange which I was tired of. Idalia at A-1 Storage have been so helpful with my move in. Shes kind and have great conversations stomper service skills. Throughout my business career, I have rented out many storage units all over San Diego, but I have to say honestly that this facility has been by far the most outstanding facility ever starting with the location.
