Amazing customer service, young lady at the front is super helpful. The store is well maintained and clean.

Idalia was super helpful and friendly. The storage area seems clean and looking at all the cameras makes it feel secure. Good discounts on the first month. It's also in a convenient location close to the freeway.

I'm moving my items from Prime Storage to A1 Self Storage due to the rent increase I was given. I was with them for a long time and always paid on time. It seemed rent increase often happen at Prime Storange which I was tired of. Idalia at A-1 Storage have been so helpful with my move in. Shes kind and have great conversations stomper service skills.
