Even though I haven't officially moved in yet, my experience with A-1 Self Storage in El Cajon has already been amazing. The staff was incredibly helpful, friendly, and made the entire process so easy and stress-free. They took the time to answer all of my questions, explain everything clearly, and made me feel confident about choosing this location. This is a great self storage facility. The office is clean and the staff are very welcoming and understanding of cancelations. They are all very friendly and make moving in a breeze. I hope to rent here very soon.

The person who helped me her name is Melissa she is super nice and welcoming, she helped me super fast and efficient. When it was time to see the storage I was getting it wasn't just dead silence she was talking to me the whole time and I'm a really anxious person so I felt really secure. She also explained everything really well, usually I'm still super confused but with her that was not the case 10/10 definitely recommend
