Flaviola and her manager at A1 on 3200 National City Blvd provided exceptional customer service for our first-time experience with A1. The facility was clean and easy to access right off Hwy-54. We arrived when they opened at 9am, and were signed and done by 9:20 :) We'll be back for more!

I love this place Griselda and Faviola are the best they helped me move in my stuff. Showed me almost every single unit available. It's not my first time here I shopped around and i loved their prices the best what i loves more is that their unita are so conviniéndole from 24hr access from holidays and all love it !!

I have no complaints, honestly nothing bad to say. Fair prices and really good location. I was always greeted and treated courteously and professionally. Had 2 units a 5'x5' and one of the largest... Always clean and accesible.
Very friendly and helpful staff. Process to rent unit is quick and made easy. U need your own lock but you can purchase it from them. They have secured access and alarms in the halls just in case someone tries to break in to your unit, but it would be nice to have cameras in the halls as well for extra security. The inside of the unit is kind of old and dirty, and a heads up in the contract it states they aren't responsible for any damage, theft, flood, VERMIN. Kathrynne, thank you. We appreciate your feedback! We'll take a look as we were quite disappointed to hear that you didn't find the unit spotless. You are correct about the contract and that is quite standard for all storage facilities. We do however go above and beyond in our attempts to make sure nothing bad happens with the alarms, secured access and monthly pest control.
They don't inform you that if you leave your lease early and have a remaining balance that you don't get it back. Front doors also stay open at night sometime letting homeless people wonder inside.

Super convenient location and the staff is SUPER friendly! Grabbed my unit online in less than 5 minutes..came into the location and was out the door in another 5. 10/10 recommend
