The first thing that caught my attention was the customer service of the front desk and how cordial they were. Graciella is amazing and answered my questions, showed me the location of my unit. It was such a pleasant visit. I recommend A1 storage here in National City.

We received the best service from Ray at this self storage location today. He was so helpful and showed us different units. Helped us decide which unit would be best for us financially. I called him ray of sunshine!

Decided to pick up a second unit here. Garciela was amazing at finding me the perfect size unit for all my things. She gave me a great deal for this until . We walked back to the office where Ivonna help gather my info and got me a lock and keys for this unit. Thank you A1 storage for the Elite service!

Weekday staff was very short and rude. Had to take our business to National City Storage just for some customer service.

The place is amazing clean secure Graciela was so helpful and the prices are so reasonable I am so happy I was so scared to find anything that wasn't clean or not secure and price is reasonable and unbelievable they are doing an outdoor phone to protect from virus. Thank you!!!

This place is great. It's clean it's safe the staff are very polite and helpful. That's not so easy to find in storage unit staff unfortunately from my experience. I think the prices are reasonable and I'm very pleased with my storage unit and the rate at which I'm getting it. If you check in U-Save ten bucks and get a free lock so that's pretty cool.
