Wow! Talk about great service! Evelyn and Kevin went way above and beyond to help me. I haven't seen service like this since the 1950's. You know the service station scene in Back to the Future? Well that's what it feels like dealing with Evelyn and Kevin. Note to management: You need to do whatever you can to hang on to these two as long as possible. Really disappointed. I was a previous customer for 6 years, then left when I moved. Came back and got a new unit for myself and my mom barely 2 months ago, and they are already raising the rent on us for both of our units by $100 a month! This feels very bait-and-switchy. When I called the manager to talk about it, she just kept repeating that they were month-to-month, as if that excused it, and that an increase in month 3 and month 8 were normal. District manager reached out to me and heard my concerns. She explained what possibly happened and offered a solution to remedy the problem. I know she probably has many things to do in her day so I appreciate that she took the time out to contact me and figure this out. Multiple rent increases. I had a rent increase in March of this year of $10 (2025) and now I'm being hit with another one for $30 after moving to a larger unit. That's on top of the rate change. I'm new to self storage so maybe this is a me problem and common practice but it caught me off guard. I signed a month to month contract at an agreed upon rate with them, received my move in special the first 2 months, and now they are raising my rate in the 4th month. Maybe on me for not asking when they would raise my rate. I assumed it would be annual. There should have been some transparancy on their part to let me know they could immiediately raise it. Loved it! Kevin was so friendly...we got our space for 50% off for the first 2 months. Very convenient and easy to access. We were in and done within 20 minutes securing our unit. It's very clean, and secure. Very happy!

A-1 brought me peace at a time where I had nowhere to turn to... that sounds dramatic but honestly they were peace of mind. From my initial call to actually renting the unit all the way to the end, I had an amazing experience, my belongings felt secure, I had easy access to getting to my things, the facility still looks brand new, clean, etc. after I think 10 or so years.
