Update: since the business doesn't believe me because they couldn't find my Yelp name which isn't my real name, I'm adding a few screen shots of them calling me and leaving messages in the 9 am hour. Rumours, we cannot find your name in our system anywhere, so it seems you have the wrong provider. Also, our staff does not call prospective customers daily. We only reach out to customers who have contacted us and expressed explicit interest in renting a unit with us. We assure you that we do not spam or cold call any individuals, as that goes against our principles.
I rented here for the past six months. A recent rental increase made me reevaluate my goals, so I left. But this is a great place to rent a unit. Kevin is especially one of the best sales/cleaner/customer service workers they have. So, thank you Kevin for doing a great job!

I had such a wonderful experience here today because of Kevin as well as Ele Sato-Tellames. They were both so sweet and kind and also provided me with top notch stellar service. When I arrived at A1 Kevin also made sure that all of my wishes were met as best as they possibly could and so I am more than happy now with my final result and so so thankful for his efforts to get me exactly what it is that I want :) I also met Maria the manager and she is a sweetheart as well. So glad I signed up with A1 out !

Clean and organized. Price is reasonable. Very secure by using key pad to gain access to only the floor to our storage unit. Would highly recommend it.

We had a fantastic experience with this A-1 Self Storage facility. The building is extremely well maintained, safe and climate controlled, and the elevators and dollies make moving in/out a breeze. I've been renting for over 5 years now. Last week was the first time in over a year that I visited my storage unit to find a lot of mouse droppings and some of my items chewed up. I reported it and went back on Friday 8/7 to meet up with Kevin to take pictures/videos and confirmed infestation. It's been almost a week now and nothing is being done nor has our messages been followed up since then.
