This is the second time my girlfriend and I have rented a storage unit from this location. Furman was extremely helpful and always a pleasure toDeal with. After our first rental almost went to auction and we saved it there at the very last minute we found ourselves needing another unit the following year. We really like this place. We rented 12 yrs ago and then again in the last couple of months. We added 2 more units from moving all our stuff!!! The place is clean, efficient, fast, and the office workers are very friendly and helpful.

Lori is a storage God! I love the service she provided every month when I stopped by and she always goes over and above to take care of me. Everyone always cries about the rent increase.... hey pay the extra $5 a month or get your stuff out easy as that. But all I can say is if you need a good person to rely on in this line of business call Lori at this location.

We were customers for over 10 years and suffered through the incredibly high and frequent rate hikes. The employees are nice and courteous, however, the manager is horrible. When asked if she could possibly lower or waive the latest hike, she said that was not possible and there was nothing to be done. She is bitter and seems worn out from working for such a dreadful company in a dead end job. We were finally able to leave this facility.
