I rented a storage unit online. It was a very easy process. A couple of minutes later I received a phone call that explained the rental process. The person that called me was friendly and informative. It couldn't have been easier.

I would give this a 5 star but i had my unit for many years and they kept upping the monthly charges yearly. I was not happy about that even tho Brian knocked off a few dollars,however that is life. Great facility staff there in Cypress, they keep it clean and they are super friendly. I have had the unit since 2014. their rates go up every year & for the amount of items that i stored, it was just not affordable any longer. Great storage facility! Very helpful staff, clean and well lit facility, and great hours of access. I enjoyed visiting my storage unit, and looked forward to feeding a stray cat that called A-1 home. The self-service payment kiosk was very accommodating.
