Went there today to get a storage room and was helped out by Shawn she was awesome. Recommended the perfect size storage room for my belongings and was very friendly. The office was nicely decorated for the holidays and felt very comfortable and inviting. I would definitely recommend this place to people looking to store things and need a very secure environment.
Amazing customer service! Super friendly over the phone and on the front desk! When I booked my unit I got a call saying they got my reservation and excited to see me! Shawn, Kristina and Jacob were at the front desk today and very nice!

This was my first experience renting a storage unit and we reserved a unit online. When we got there, we realized it was a lot smaller than what we needed but Glenda helped us transfer to a bigger unit. She was extremely friendly and helpful. The unit was also very clean. Thank you for making everything so easy!

The staff here are very accommodating! I only needed temporary storage for 4 months and it was very easy to get set up with the crew working there. The only reason I am giving a 4 star rating is the amount of space to get in and out of my locker. There were a few times when more than 2 cars were present and made it difficult to retrieve my belongings. The staff at this facility are top notch and I was very pleased I rented a locker from here.

I rented a unit online and had my stuff in storage an hour later. The lady who helped me, Shawn, was super helpful, knowledgeable and personable. Park on the street in the green zone your first time there so you can get your gate code.
