We used one of their storage for a couple of months. It's easy to get in and out. We went there at different times and days, yet it was always clean. Location wise was great, too. Center or everything, easy access from the freeway. The only downside for me is the height of the storage. We had a hard time putting in and out our couch. Our couch is an average size, yet it was hard to make the turns.

Shawn was so awesome! So very helpful! We checked the unit. She showed me how to use the storage space appropriately. Very good information! Thanks Shawn!

I needed a storage unit last minute and the ladies here were extremely accommodating! When I showed up to complete my paperwork, and view the reserved unit, they had me in and out in 10 minutes. Also got 1 mo free rent and a free lock for checking in
Shawn was awesome, super nice. Helped me get the storage I needed! Great location off the 8
Shawn was awesome! She was very helpful and answered all of our questions. Great job!!
I moved my belongings in on October 11th, and it was smooth. I reserved a unit online and went in the next day to check in and let them copy my drivers license and Diana showed me the unit. The only hitch is that they use locks that are kind of strange, but that may be the thing now at storage units. Maybe these are theft-proof. Anyway, they sell them in the office and you can also get them from hardware stores or Amazon. Easy to get in, there's a security gate for in and out. So far so good.
We were greeted by Kristina. She was very friendly and welcoming. We were then helped by Diana. I can't say enough good things about the customer service Diana provided. She took her time and showed us the different size units they had available. Diana was very knowledgeable about the different sizes and their capacity. I felt like Diana wanted us to be happy with our choice. She was very friendly and responsive to our questions. Great job, Diana! Pleasure doing business with you.
