Nea is the best ever! So kind and helpful. She took her time to show me everything. How it works, the best way to load, unload, how to use the equipment, elevators, and everything. Nea walked me through the process and afterwards she gave me a tour and showed me the proper way to lock and unlock the right way with the special lock. If I could give Nea 10 stars I would. She was so wonderful. I will tell all my friends and family about A-1 Storage. Best price. Best security. Best people!!!

Starting service. Front Office coordinator was very helpful, knowledgeable, and super sweet. Showed me the unit and explained the how-tos and rules. Space is clean, elevators were clean, units are clean, smells clean. Carts available for temporary use. Accessible, parking available in front of office. Coffee available :)
