Moved everything from my old storage unit 40 miles away to A-1 which is only 5 miles from me. Jose was efficient, friendly and very easy to work with. My movers arrived before me and Jose worked with them to access my unlocked unit. I have health issues and he was right there to help open the gate for me so I didn't have to fight with a gate, and get back into the car before the gate could close on me. Answered all my questions in a very professional manner.

I stopped by to see availability. Nathan and Jesus are awesome! Nathan to the time to walk me to each individual unit and allowed me to look in them all. Both Nathan and Jesus were very patient and answered my questions. Thank you both!

We had to move out in a hurry after renting there for 5 years (personal reasons). There was 2 employees working that day. I have never been treated with such GREAT respect, professionalism and friendliness by these 2 employees. I highly recommend working with Nate and Tatianna at this location if you are looking for storage needs. They truely know the meaning of going above and beyond for their customers.

Tatiana has great customer service skills and was very helpful with everything from giving me the details on pricing to showing me a few different units to actually having me convinced to move right in. Thank you for the great experience! Will be recommending to everyone I know!

I highly recommend A-1 Self Storage in Fullerton!! I had to suddenly move and I needed a large storage unit. Stephanie, as well as the rest of the staff, has been so kind, friendly, helpful, and professional. Stephanie made the process so quick and easy for me. Easy to open my account and pay for my storage unit. Clean facility. I feel safe and that my storage is secure. Cart #7 has been my go-to cart to rent daily, while I was loading up my storage unit. Definitely would give more than 5 stars to A-1 Self Storage! Stephanie went above and beyond for my sister and I!! She was very helpful and friendly when I came in to get my storage but besides that she did something not everyone would do. I accidentally dropped my uhaul key in the elevator shaft and could not get it back unless I paid $300+ out of pocket for the maintenance company to come out or other companies to come out and give me another key and tow the uhaul I had. I am writing this review because of the outstanding customer service at this location. I called them about some questions I had on availability. Although the unit size I needed was not available at the time, Stephanie followed up with me when something similar became available. I had already selected another facility during that time due to how quickly we needed the larger size storage; however I will not hesitate to recommend this facility to friends and neighbors in the area!
