I initially came to just check out the storage space and shop around. However because Paul was so professional, friendly and attentive and facility appeared to be spotless, I was convinced this was the place to rent! Paul didn't have to tell me, but asked if I had yelp to get my lock for free, which he could have not mentioned and just charged me for. So far, I'm really impressed! Hopefully the first impression will be the lasting impression! Thanks Paul for your time and commitment to excellent customer service!

I have had a storage unit for over 5 years at this facility, and have never had any issues. It is clean, safe, and very well maintained. Paul is extremely attentive, professional and effective. He is helpful and very approachable. The location is very convenient, but the excellent customer service and upkeep of the facility is what keeps me there. Even the music that they play is very pleasant. Obviously I highly recommend this location!

They were really great. Professional and timely. Didn't have to wait too long. Accommodated our uncertain schedule with ease and the truck work great-clean too!

Friendly, exceptionally well maintained, very clean, beautiful. Safe area. Paul, the property manager gave excellent service, and worked with me. I am delighted I went with this company, at this location. As a female safety is very important to me. I feel as though I can trust this location, without any shadow of a doubt!

Excellent facility and the manager Paul provided the best customer service I've ever experienced. Paul keeps this place immaculate. he is professional, informative and I feel very safe with my possessions here. The security here is unrivaled lots of alarms and cameras with a very low crime

Walked in and met with Paul (Property Manager). He was polite and thorough about rates and availability. Paul was helpful in finding a suitable space for our things and made recommendations as well. Very straight to the point and "non-salesy".
