I used the storage service from March 2015 to October 2018. It was my second time to rent a storage at A1 storage. They provided a clean and safe storage and good service. There are also free trolleys put in the entrance for customers. It is convenient you can pay your rent online or the on-site Kiosk machine. The manager Paul and associates were quite helpful. Thanks Paul and all of the staff. I recommend this storage!

Great experience overall. I had started calling & stopping into storage facilities for my short notice move and was EXTREMELY satisfied at A-1. Customer service was on par from the greeting until the departure. Informative and very clear with the rules and pricing. I also got to ask a customer waiting out front how her A-1 experience has been thus far and she is a highly satisfied customer. Looking forward to doing business here.

I loved securing a storage unit recently! Paul was amazing, so helpful and genuinely just a nice guy! He explained everything so thoroughly, made the entire process so simple. The location is so clean, the storage units are so clean, and everything is so secure. I felt so safe on the property as well. We've had storage units at other places, but being here felt like an extension of my own garage. It seemed like I belonged there, not just going into some cold dark hallway of doors.

We have had a storage unit here for a couple of years. It is always clean, easy to access, well-lit, and very convenient. I had some inquiries about my options recently and after talking to the person on the phone and getting my answers, management later called me directly to follow up. I currently have a storage space elsewhere but after a second rent increase in SIX MONTHS, I decided I am moving my things. I actually had an appointment nearby at another storage facility, but when I went by to check it out, I was really disappointed. It smelled like mold among other things.
