My wife and I just moved the San Diego from Texas. We rented a storage unit here and I can say both renting a unit and the continued help, professionalism, friendliness from Monique has been Stellar! She absolutely loves her job, you can see her always walking the grounds, keeping the facility clean and still has to navigate around the continued surrounding homeless issue with their erratic behaviors, wow she has a job and deserves all recognition and much appreciation. Monique was super friendly and helpful! She gave us a tour of the property and a variety of units. She was very transparent about pricing and gave us the same pricing as the deals online. It is very clean and secure which drew us to this place and we are excited and confident in our decision to move in.

I had my experience with one of the employees there named Monique. She was super friendly and welcoming. She seemed very well versed and knowledgeable about the business and what she could do for me. She helped me find a suitable storage unit which suited my needs and seem to multitask very well. I didn't mind waiting for her to take a call and I observed her very courteous over the phone. Right off at 8 freeway open 9:00 to 6:00 on weekdays closes at 7:00 very friendly staff restroom on site easy access two units. Safe and clean.
